I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Our all natural products are handmade, packed, and shipped. Please allow  7-10 business days to ship.
Tracking numbers will be updated within 48 hours, after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 2 business days, please email us at info@iyurve.com

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

As a handmade cosmetics store, our items cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at info@iyurve.com

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty, before it is prepared to ship.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

Please review your order confirmation email to confirm the address. If the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at info@iyurve.com. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct address within 24 hours.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location and shipping option chosen. The average shipping time is 2-4 business days.
